Stopped cooking and everything inside melted including a few hundred dollars of meat. Very dissapointed I bought it brand new at Home Depot. Cost me another 150$ for an appliance repair guy to look at it and say call the company.

I have only had my freezer for about a month, so even though we are pleased with it, we won't really know if it's reliable for few years. Our previous Frigidaire freezer lasted 18 years. I hope this one lasts just as long!I really like the feature this new one has that sounds an alarm if the unit stops working properly or if the door is left open for more than 5 minutes.

Very nice quality. Unit is very quiet and very cold at recommended setting. Garage ready. Only problem we corrected is wide open bottom rear which may invite bugs and dust. Unit should have a shield of some sort. We used a piece of screen which looks unattractive but not a problem being in the garage. Screen also allows air flow which is essential.

We bought this freezer about a month ago and have been very pleased with it. When it was delivered, the delivery men would only bring the freezer into the home but I wanted the door hinge on the other side so I needed to do that myself. The instructions were easy to follow and the hinge was changed without difficulty. I was also able to use the leveling feet on the freezer to put it in place and to get it properly leveled, again without difficulty. So set up was easy and the freezer looks great and works wonderfully.
